Rent the Stark Center

The Stark Center welcomes you to host meetings, receptions and events in our facility.  We offer a variety of spaces that include the Miriam L. and William H. Stark Conference Room, the Reading Room, the Teresa Lozano Long Art Gallery, the Joe and Betty Weider Museum Galleries, and the Sport Galleries.  Rentals of these spaces are available to University of Texas colleges and departments, other businesses and civic groups, and private individuals. Rentals must be approved by the directors.

Availability depends on the Stark Center’s schedules of public hours and programming.  If you would like to check available dates, schedule a facility visit, or place a tentative hold on the calendar, please contact the Associate Director for Library Services, Cindy Slater.

To request a reservation for a facility space, please complete and submit the Facility Use Request Form to Cindy Slater.  Submission of this form does not guarantee a reservation.  All requests and scheduling are subject to approval by the Stark Center directors.  Please review the Facility Use Policy for further information and guidelines about usage.

Please note that political or religious events are not permitted; nor are selling any products during events without the director’s approval.
